Planters on the Patio

August 31, 2010

I wish I had a patio that needed to be decorated with fun colored planters and leafy greenery!  I’m loving these options from Wallter {above} and the Insitu Wall Planter {below}.

Pyrex

August 27, 2010

My pyrex mixing bowl is one of my favorite items I own – it’s the same as the one my mom owns and I grew up using.  I’ve been enjoying browsing through images of all the different patterns and kinds of bowls and dishes pyrex has.  It’s definitely making me want to become a collector – hopefully just posting about them will do for now!

Take a look at these albums of pyrex love:

Ladies and Gentlemen

August 26, 2010

After posting about R&L Goods earlier today {here}, I was poking around their site and came across Ladies and Gentlemen, run by one of the couples that make up R&L Goods.  While they do have a store with fun vintage goods – they also make their own custom design pieces like the ‘Superior Servers’ pictured above with fun colored handles.  And I couldn’t post about them without showing you their cutest new product – the ‘Chalk-it-to-me Piggy Bank’ that you can write on and re-label over and over!

R and L Goods

August 26, 2010

This collection of wallets and notebook covers caught my eye – a great collaboration between R&L Goods who hand crafts each piece and Piano Nobile who provides the hand screen printed fabric.  R&L Goods is a studio comprised of two couples that share a duplex living one on the Right side and one on the Left side {R&L}!

Etsy Print Love

August 25, 2010

Couldn’t wait till Friday to share these etsy selections this week – loving the work from hillary bird (above) and Claire Nereim (below)!

Elum Journals

August 17, 2010

Some cute offerings from Elum – these journals caught my eye in the bookstore last week because they’re fabric covered!

House Sketches

August 16, 2010

Stumbled upon these darling sketches by Erin Jane aka atlantic treefox – see more here.

I can’t believe I haven’t shared these yet – I fell in love with this idea the minute I saw them!  Bleudetoi provides people with these beautiful custom hand drawn trees that they can use as their guestbook at their weddings.  Not only do the guests leave their signature, but they leave their thumbprint as a leaf on the tree.  I think it’s such an elegant alternative to a traditional guestbook.  Other people must think so as well since there seems to be a waiting list for them!

Studio Klass

August 12, 2010

Love these ‘Just Married’ lights by Studio Klass – a mix of ceramic, felt, and stitches – what’s not to love!

Starting to look ahead to fall and being able to curl up in blankets like these offerings from Brahms Mount!

Studiopatró

August 10, 2010

Beautiful tea-towel options available from Studiopatró – especially their ‘pairs’ and ‘just stripes’ series!  I love how versatile tea-towels are and how easy it is to make something functional so pretty.
