Dani Press
November 30, 2010
Wonderful combination of photographs and quotes in this greeting card line from Dani Press. So inspirational. For each she tells the story of where she took the photo and the events surrounding it. She also gives part of her proceeds to help promote education in foreign countries. I would love to have a couple of these to give away on special occasions!

Saipua Soaps
November 9, 2010
While browsing around at flower arranging resources today – I stumbled upon the fact that Saipua makes soaps! Not only that, but soap was their original product before the flower shop was born. Plus, wrapping anything in printed paper is lovely.
Gifted
November 8, 2010
I have only begun to delve into the resource that is Gifted magazine {an online publication from Creature Comforts}. A wonderful resource put together for the holiday season, it offers gift guides, diy projects, blogger interviews, behind the scenes features, and more!
Etsy Find Friday: Aprons
November 5, 2010
A few apron selections today. Aren’t these adorable? The use of vintage fabrics always bumps something up a notch as well. I myself am known to throw on an apron if cooking something, mine was given to me by my grandma for Christmas – it was made based off a pattern she asked an amish woman for!

‘T’ Shirts
November 4, 2010
I thought this was pretty amazing when I saw it, tee-shirts in the shape of a ‘T’!
Created by Masashi Kawamura, in his words:
“‘T’ shirts are T shirts that was designed to have the silhouette of 5 famous typefaces; Helvetica, Caslon, Baskerville, Courier, and Cooper Black… In the designing process of these shirts, I aimed to capture the character of each typeface and tried to give them a unique look and presence once worn. By collaborating with Itaru Yonenaga, I feel we were able to produce a collection of shirts that is not only conceptual, but wearable as real clothes. I hope you will find your favorite shirt/typeface.”

Glow in the Dark
November 2, 2010
I’ve been seeing several creative ways to utilize glow in the dark ink recently, so I thought I would round up a few examples. The one above, Deep Sea Diver, is probably my favorite!
The Cheshire over at threadless {don’t you love that site} utilizes not only glow in the dark ink, but sunlight/heat activated ink as well. So creative! {via sub-studio}
Above is a sweet day/night print {via designworklife}
And no glow in the dark post would be complete without mentioning the work of Dan McCarthy. I think the details and the striking ‘before and afters’ are incredible!
